7. Account Rules

Each funded account is subject to specific rules. These may include, but are not limited to:

Maximum drawdown
Maximum exposure
Profit split percentage

Restricted events
Minimum or maximum trading activity
Prohibited trading behavior

8. Maximum Stake Size

If your package has a 2% maximum stake size, you may not risk more than 2% of the account balance or applicable account size on a single trade, unless otherwise specified.

Breaching the maximum stake rule may result in:

OddsFantasy has sole discretion to determine whether a stake-size violation occurred.

9. Maximum Drawdown

The maximum drawdown rule limits the amount of loss permitted on a funded account.

If your package has a 10% maximum drawdown, your account must not lose more than 10% of the applicable account value, balance, equity, or reference amount, depending on the rules stated for your package.

If you exceed the maximum drawdown, your account may be breached and access may be suspended or terminated.

OddsFantasy may calculate drawdown using balance, equity, settled trades, open exposure, closed positions, realized profit/loss, unrealized profit/loss, or other reasonable risk measures.

10. Maximum Exposure

Maximum exposure limits the total amount that may be open or at risk at one time.

If your package has a 25% maximum exposure limit, you may not have more than 25% of the applicable account value exposed across open trades, positions, markets, or events.

Exposure may include:

Open trades
Pending trades
Correlated positions
Same-event positions
Multi-market positions
Any other risk OddsFantasy reasonably determines to be connected

Breaching exposure rules may result in account restrictions, payout denial, or account termination.

11. Profit Split

OddsFantasy may offer a profit split, such as an 90/10 profit split, where eligible users receive 90% of approved profits and OddsFantasy retains 10%.

Profit splits only apply to eligible, approved, and properly generated profits under the applicable account rules.

OddsFantasy may deny, reduce, delay, or adjust profit splits where:

The account rules were breached
The user engaged in prohibited conduct
The profits resulted from error, abuse, manipulation, or technical malfunction
Identity verification is incomplete
Payment or payout information is inaccurate
A chargeback, refund dispute, or fraud concern exists
Legal or compliance review is required

Profit split terms may vary by package.

12. Payouts
